Meet the Team

Tim is an accomplished Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional with extensive experience in managing comprehensive Health and Safety, Environmental, Regulatory, and Emergency Response programs across various sectors of the oil and gas industry. He has served companies from small independents to super majors giving him a vast insight into the needs and challenges of different sized organizations. He is an experienced trainer and subject matter expert in Behavior Based Safety, Operational Risk Management, and Contractor Management policy.

Prior to founding TEKTITE, Tim served as the EHS Program Manager for Navidad Operating Company in Tyler, Texas, and also held several key positions over the course of a decade at XTO Energy & ExxonMobil in the Bakken Shale. In these roles, he was able to quickly gain extensive experience and successfully execute on the needs of a demanding industry, environment, and workforce. Tim's career began in the Environmental Consulting industry where he honed his skills in project management, spill response and remediation, and environmental stewardship. In addition to his experience in the oil and gas industry Tim has worked many successful projects in Construction, Process Safety, and Real Estate Development.

Tim is very proud to hold a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
